Artist & Talent Management
At Partners in Creation, working with artists from on-the-rise talent to high profile acts are all within our wheelhouse. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we have built great relationships with industry professionals and partners that will help to elevate your career. Not only do we work with talent that want to be the next biggest stars, but also want to be successful CEOs of their own company(s). Currently our roster is closed, but will be expanding in the near future.
Brand Management
- < Project & brand management for clients & partnerships
- < Oversee all business operations & implement processes & infrastructure across all business channels
- < Partner with creative director to design in-house & client content & marketing strategies
- < Produce content including photo & video shoots for marketing campaigns including short commercials, mini-documentaries, & interviews
- < Produce large scale & intimate size events including pop-up shops, art installations, listening events, fashion shows
- < Provide information by preparing short-term & long-term product sales forecasts & special reports & analysis;
- < Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements & product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering & manufacturing
- < Create, implement, & analyze go-to-market strategies for product
- < Pitching, planning, executing, & closing projects
- < Manage internal core team & project based contractors such as designers, video editors, directors, models, etc.
- < Lead weekly meetings & oversee team workload & team efficiency
