Est. 2020Founded by Jacquelyn Dileno in early 2020, Partners in Creation is an Ohio & LA based full service Artist & Business Consulting agency. PIC provides high value services to its clients from start to finish, including business consultation, event production, and marketing strategy. Current clients include Chelsea Pastel, Jughead, Holy Sinner, Tainted Angel and Bat Shxt Krazy by Doobie. Past Clients include YG/4HUNNID, T-Pain, Pile Driver Co., Supervsn+ more.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Jackie (she/her).
I am passionate about the music industry, developing talent, working with artists, start-ups and entrepreneurs, empowering women & mental health. I’ve worked in between the music and fashion industries for over 10 years alongside major artists and brands including YG / 4HUNNID, T-Pain, DJ Mustard, Social House, Supervsn, Holy Sinner, Tainted Angel, Chelsea Pastel, Doobie + more.
As a business consultant, I help music artists, entrepreneurs & executives accomplish their goals through business strategy development & execution, marketing consulting, partnerships & brand/project management. I seek opportunities that combine creativity with strategic planning in order to attain client success.
I wear many hats. I often serve as "the glue" that holds teams together and steers them toward success. I often find myself as the soundboard for thought leaders and creatives to bounce the next crazy business idea off of that just might work!
As a talent manager, I am passionate about helping artists navigate the music industry and reaching new heights in their career. I do this through artist development, product development, marketing & brand strategy, and seeking opportunities & partners that align with their brand.
As a mental health advocate, I am focused on creating opportunities to merge my network of high value talent with nonprofit partners that are seeking to gain more awareness about their services & programs. I curate events that bring both worlds together to create a positive movement in decreasing the stigma around taking care of your mental health.
